These Terms govern your use of the Sustineri Solutions website, assistant, and coaching services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Nature of the Services

Sustineri Solutions provides educational debt and credit coaching. We are not a lender, debt settlement company, credit repair organization, law firm, or registered investment adviser. We do not negotiate with your creditors, make payments on your behalf, or remove accurate information from your credit report. Guidance is not legal, tax or investment advice. Results depend on your own actions and are not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident. The paid Interest Exit Plan requires at least $20,000 in qualifying debt. Free membership is open to everyone.

3. Fees and billing

• Free plan: $0.
• Interest Exit Plan: $20 per month, billed monthly.
• Performance fee: 10% of the total debt paid off during the program, due only as debts are actually eliminated. No fee is collected before a debt is paid off.
• Term: one year. Enrollment commits you to twelve months; you will receive all terms in writing before you enroll. Where state law grants a right to cancel, you may cancel within three business days of enrolling for a full refund.

4. Telephone and text communications (TCPA)

If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, you give express written consent for Sustineri Solutions and its agents to contact you at that number by calls and text messages, including using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice, for marketing and service purposes. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also revoke consent by any reasonable means, including by calling 714-872-9927. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry, state DNC lists and our internal do-not-call list, and only call between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time.

5. Telemarketing disclosures

Every sales call identifies Sustineri Solutions, states that the purpose is to sell coaching services, and discloses the total cost, material restrictions, and cancellation terms before you agree to pay. We do not request or receive payment for debt relief services before rendering them, consistent with the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule.

6. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and do not misuse the Services or attempt to access other users' data.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sustineri Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new date above. Material changes affecting paid members will be communicated in advance.
